MEET THE NEWEST MEMBERS OF THE GOOMBA GRILL

The Goomba Grill has gotten so big we had to expand.  With the new additions to our restaurant Chef Nonna, Chef Evelyn, Chef Ryan, and Chef Baby Nicholas nothing can stop the culinary excellence that only The Goomba Grill offers.  Chef Darren and Chef Vincent now acts as Senior Consultants to The Goomba Grill handing the ranks down to Chef Nonna who now handles the day to day operations of the restaurant.   Soon The Goomba Grill will be solely owned and operated by Chef Ryan and Chef Baby Nicky what an empire they will inherit.

Chef Nonna hired by Chef Darren after tasting her Meatballs and Gravy.  It reminded him so much of his mothers meatballs, he had to have her on staff at The Goomba Grill.  Nonna brings with her authentic real home style italian cooking from the old country.  She jelled so well with the staff at the restaurant that Chef Darren promoted her to head chef her responsibilities are over seeing the day to day operations of The Grill and choosing the menu for the week at The Goomba Grill.

On September 14th 2008 the newest member of The Goomba Grill was born.  Joining the elite culinary ranks of Chef Darren, Vincent, Nonna, Evelyn and Ryan, Chef Nicholas will learn all there is in fine Italian Culinary Cuisine.  From Anti-pasto Goomba's Way to the Annual Easter Pie this little chef will be taught by the best, who surronds themselves with only best.  Because they are the best..... They are the chefs of:

Chef Ryan was aquired by The Goomba Grill after Chefs Darren and Vincent tasted his Goomba Stuffed Mushrooms.  Chef Darren felt as if this little wonder's talent was far beyond his years.  Many call him a child prodigy in culinary cuisine.  Chef Darren simply calls him a genius.  The chefs at The Goomba Grill taught Ryan their speciality which is brick oven cooking.  Ryan caught on instantly and became a huge success, mastering "The Goomba Grills Brick Pizza Oven".  He also has his own chapter in The Goomba Grill Cookbook teaching us how to cook (a beetz) the italian way.  He is also bestfriends with the owner Chef Darren.
